BBS-689 (KTC-11) "KTE does not use the 'Folder Details' permission. (Users can see folders in KTE without having the 'Folder Details' permission.)" This problem happened when the user had Read permissions, but not Folder Details permissions. I thought that someone with read permissions on a folder should be able to see it. I was deluded. In reality, a user can only see a folder if she has folder permissions on it. This is how the web interface works, and this change brings KTIS and hence KTtools into line.

BBS-718 "Reason field for KTtools actions" Enabled the capture of reasons passed through by KTtools in the HTTP_REASON request header.
