I would like to discuss what appears to be a Timing issue relating to Hot Folders. I have a scanner which delivers scans in various file formats along with an accompanying xml file. This file pair is able to be processed by Hot Folders perfectly when the xml is placed in the folder first manually. Then the PDF or whatever second, it works perfect.

However when delivering directly into the folder from the machine, both files appear at the same time and they just sit there ?

It would seem to be a timing / monitoring issue.

Any thoughts on a solution ?
