Description

In certain environments, the KnowledgeTree Office Add-in gives an error when performing certain operations in Microsoft Office. The error could look like the following: AddinExpress.MSO.ADXExcelAppEvents error: the add-in has fired an exception.

KnowledgeTree Office Add-in 1.0 and previous

How to resolve this issue

1. Uninstall your current version and remove all associated files and folders

2. Download and install KnowledgeTree Office Add-in 1.1 (for Office 2007)
